The introduction of the Makerscollectief within the Ministry of Justice and Safety
There is a new initiative by officials employed by the Ministry of Justice and Safety and chain partners such as the Public Prosecution Service, the Police and Reclassering Nederland: het Makerscollectief (Maker’s collective). Creative thinkers, enterprising designers and enthusiastic doers spread across these organisations are joining forces to contribute to a safe society in surprising ways, complementing existing ways of working.
2 May 2023 - 12:00 - 17:00
Turfmarkt 147
2511 DP Den Haag
Together with security professionals and others outside the organisations, the Makers Collective will work differently on issues they face, whether this is a new interpretation for community service, labour shortages in the prison system, online crime or undermining. In the coming years, the Makerscollectief will drive innovation by taking initiatives, sharing knowledge and creating structural making space.
Curious? Looking for inspiration? Do you have ideas, or do you have no idea at all? Would you like to join the Makerscollectief? Or are you curious about how to create space for maker space in your organisation? Then come to the Ministry of Justice and Security Auditorium on 2 May 2023 and meet makers and like-minded civil servants!
