Embassy of Safety at DDW24
Working on safety is not always easy. In our society, there are many different people, interests and ideas. Some people are heard less than others. The Embassy of Safety wants to involve all the people concerned. We do this honestly and transparently, so that everyone can really participate. Think of young people in detention, people with a language deficiency or professionals from the safety domain.
Design work is our driving force. We use designers to bring different perspectives together, create new insights and visualise the future. What do we want our new security to look like? To find out, we combine creativity and science, test ideas and involve people from different contexts. In doing so, we work closely with our partners from the security domain so that we build on their expertise. At the exhibition, you can see the results of powerful collaborations. If you are already curious about the projects, designers and partners, you can take a look at this web page.
