More than a quarter of the world’s arable land is depleted (FAO 2016).

So what if we start eating differently, step by step? Try out other dishes? Develop other ways of growing, cooking and storing?
If there are enough of us, supermarkets will turn into real markets where users and producers meet. If there are enough of us, we can eat the soil healthy.
