Het MakersCollectief
The Ministry of Justice and Security’s MakersCollectief is a group of designers working together on tomorrow’s security. We do this by putting people at the heart of everything we make. We work together with professionals from the security domain and offenders on system changes.
The world is changing, and sometimes the old way of doing things no longer works. ‘Het MakersCollectief’ helps to innovate faster and better. We work with a creative approach. We think differently, ask critical questions and quickly make our ideas tangible. Our strength is collaboration: by sharing different perspectives, we ensure that policy is not only conceived in offices, but together with the people for whom it is intended. In this way, we ensure lasting change and help the government respond creatively to what society needs.
