Designing for Chronic Health

The 21st century is an era of unprecedented technological possibilities and we are looking for an even longer, healthy and happy life. We stretch life at the beginning and at the end.

In the exhibition ‘Chronic Health: If not us, then who?’, the Embassy of Health presented us with how we jointly design healthcare. We showed how healthcare products or services do not stand alone but interact within the complex healthcare environment. Empathy is a key ingredient in designing this. Not only to design for each other, but actually to do so together.

The exhibition immersed visitors in an interactive environment and allowed them to experience the role of design in healthcare and what it could be: both now and in the near and distant future.
